Sicklebill Safaris has been specialising in small group & individual bird, wildlife & photographic tours around Australia and to a number of overseas destinations for well over 20 years. We offer a range of ready made tours or can design a personalised tour to suit your special interests, time available & budget both around Australia & beyond. We arrange tours for many overseas companies both around Australia and to our overseas destinations and have worked with and advised many film and television crews making documentaries in the areas we work in.

Our guides are recognised experts in their fields & very experienced. Some are authors with field guides & monographs behind them. Others work with their local bird and wildlife networks to improve local knowledge and promote conservation programmes. We strongly believe in ethical bird & wildlife tourism and support locally based wildlife initiatives in the countries we visit. We have been heavily involved in guide training and the setting up of local eco tourism ventures particularly in the  Solomon Islands & Papua New Guinea.
